On-Site Trainings

Trainers from BayNVC have trained thousands of employees and managers in organizations throughout the Bay Area, from a Fortune 500 company to small community-based nonprofits. Trainings range from two-hour introductory sessions to intensive trainings that span months and aim to transform the organizational culture. Through pre-training interviews, the trainer assesses the needs of the organization and tailors the workshop or series to those issues. The trainings are highly interactive, relevant and focused on practices that can be put to use immediately in the focus areas relevant to the organization (see the list of applications for examples of how NVC training can support your organization). We also offer intensive training for smaller groups within the organization who seek to become in-house resources for empathic listening, mediation and conflict resolution, facilitation, and future training of others.
