BayNVC - Bay Area Nonviolent Communication
Tools for the 21st Century Educator:
Nonviolent Communication in Schools
Introducing our newest NVC program for the people closest to the students: teachers, parents and mentors. With gratitude and reverence for the work you do, we want to contribute to the skills you already have to help you create relationships with your students and children that are grounded in honesty and trust.
Through a series of trainings and ongoing coaching, participants will learn how to:
- Transform frustration into inquiry, burnout into inspiration
- Make classrooms places where children and teachers thrive
- Create safety, trust and respect in school communities
- Restore trust when it has been broken
- Navigate conflict for the growth of all
- Make schools the training ground for essential 21st century interpersonal skills
We offer a variety of workshops, evening classes and a retreat. Pick the topics that excite you the most or sign up for the entire program!
Please contact the office at nvc@baynvc.org to find out about getting a free introduction to NVC and Education at your school.
