In this group we will develop our ability to listen and respond empathically to others. We will do this through dialogue, role play, and learning exercises. The group follows what is alive in the moment, rather than a strict agenda, so the experience will be dynamic and energetic.
Only a basic understanding of NVC principles is required to truly benefit from this group. If you are not sure if you are ready, give me a call and we can decide together.
Donations: There is no charge for this group. It's most important to me that participants donate only what they can afford, and in such a way that they experience the joy of giving, so donations are anonymous. The traditional requested amount for a practice group is $35. Once a month we will collectively decide what we want to do with the donations we have collected.
