Communication for Couples and Families

We sometimes feel most challenged when talking with those who are closest to us. Even though these relationships are so important to us, we often say things we wish we didn't say and have difficulty saying the things we really need to say. This class will focus on those specific situations. Using nonviolent communication techniques, the class will allow people to practice talking about those deep concerns in a safe, supportive place.
