Cancellation Policy
FOR WORKSHOPS AND SERIES:
If you wish to cancel or change your registration for an event, we request a $15 donation to help cover our administrative expense/time; you may contribute less or more than $15 if you'd like.
If you withdraw from a series after it has begun, we generally offer a partial refund on request, amount to be agreed upon between you and BayNVC.
FOR RETREATS:
If you cancel or change your registration two or more weeks prior to a residential retreat, we ask for a $50 administrative fee. If you cancel with less than two weeks notice, in addition to the $50 administrative fee we will also deduct any other costs already incurred by us due to your registration that we cannot recover.
