A new exploration into behavior patterns of anger, fear, guilt, and shame: Implementing The Work of Byron Katie to deepen NVC liberation.
A special 2-day workshop for NVC practitioners a deep, exciting process towards liberation from blocking patterns which cause us suffering. With a profound inquiry process based on The Work, we are invited to explore the core (and at times unconscious) jackal-thoughts, beliefs and behaviors which hold our old, painful inner-structures in place in spite of our conscious efforts to let go of them.
A surprising journey of discovering and understanding some core underlying needs, into self-acceptance and growth.
Time for lunch will be provided during the workshop. BayNVC has a kitchen for your use and several restaurants are located within easy walking distance.
Arnina Kashtan, sister of Miki and Inbal, is coming for her annual visit from Israel. Specializing in consciousness breakthroughs, she has been teaching NVC since 1992 in Israel, Europe and the Bay Area, and also teaches The Work of Byron Katie and the Bowen Therapy Technique.
In her trainings Arnina combines gentle yet laser-like inner search, with deep, liberating humor which, as enthusiastic feedbacks indicate seem to create the safety & inspiration necessary for participants to dive in and discover their "hidden agenda". According to Arnina, it is our un-spoken painful beliefs about ourselves which block us, humans, from being present and connected. Her passion is to assist people in their delicate liberating journeys, while going beyond their familiar comfort zones & patterns into joyfully and mutually attending to their deepest needs.
Upon request, Arnina will be offering private sessions for individuals, couples and parents wishing to understand and heal stuck places in their relationships with themselves and others, with a compassionate emphasis on understanding their blocking beliefs. |
