Onsite registration starts at 5 pm Friday
(opening circle at 7 pm)
Ends at 3 pm Wednesday

Are you ready for an intensive NVC experience? Eager to jump-start your integration of NVC skills and consciousness? Do you want to see what it's like to live NVC in a supportive community? To stretch your heart muscles and grow?

Join this retreat, on February 12th through 17th, for over 5 days of NVC immersion, with the support of trainers, students and graduates of the Leadership Program.

This intensive retreat is open to anyone who wants to deepen their NVC practice. Some participants of this retreat may choose to continue their learning through the BayNVC Immersion Program.

Topics in our highly acclaimed intensives include the spiritual foundation of NVC, living NVC within ourselves, in our relationships, and in the world, working with anger, and much more. Lots of practice, experiential learning, empathy groups, and a special focus for people interested in exploring teaching NVC. We are delighted to be able to offer this level of support to our community.

"A teaching whose very roots strike at the heart of compassion --its gifts are endless and evolving and will forever live in my consciousness”
-- 2008 Living Peace Retreat participant

Kathy Simon has been teaching NVC since 2005, and facilitated the 2009 Committed NVC Practitioners Program (now called the BayNVC Immersion Program). A former high school English and drama teacher, Kathy Simon taught student teachers at Stanford University and co-directed the national Coalition of Essential Schools. Kathy's partner, Inbal Kashtan, is one of the founders of BayNVC, and Kathy and Inbal have an 11 year old son and rich experience of living NVC as a couple and a family.
