BayNVC offers a variety of events and services to help people learn and practice compassionate communication using the NVC techniques.

introductory events	Explore the basics of Nonviolent Communication.
workshops	Day-long and weekend workshops introduce NVC concepts to beginners, or deepen understanding in specific subject areas.
study series	Series classes provide a structured learning experience with a curriculum, closed group of participants and finite beginning and end dates.
practice groups	Practice groups provide a supportive, flexible and cost-effective space for ongoing training, and for giving and receiving empathy.
retreats	Intensive multi-day retreats allow for deep connections and personal growth.
